Our fees are based on Assets under Management (AUM). The fee is calculated quarterly, based on month-end balances, and paid in arrears.
The advisory fee is a blended fee and is calculated by assessing the percentage rates using the predefined levels of assets as shown in the above table, resulting in a combined weighted fee. For example, an account valued at $23,000,000 would pay an effective fee of 0.34% with the annual fee of $77,500.
The quarterly fee is determined by the following calculation: (($3,000,000 x 0.75%) + ($2,000,000 x 0.65%) + ($10,000,000 x 0.30%) + ($8,000,000 x 0.15%)) ÷ 4 = 19,375.
